A day for Aerobics

Thursday... First hour was yoga which was handled by george sir. Sir taught us some pranayama .Pranayama was a great relief after the long journey from home to college.  
Second hour and was handled by joju sir.. He gave some important tips to win life. Later he taught us about achievement test.
After lunch George sir handled the class.. He taught us about some rules of  sports events like high jump long jump.. etc.
Last hour was for club activities..Health club organized aerobic training around 2.30.We did aerobic training for two songs.It was great fun doing aerobics together
