Sports day 1

Sports not only develop a sense of friendliness and team spirit but also help develop physical toughness and mental health. It shapes the body, makes it strong and active. we had our sports meet, This was planned before but due to rain it was postponed to this day and it was held at Mar Ivanious ground....

            we started our events around 20 am.The programme started with the flag hosting ceremony by our 65th and 66 th college union chairpersons.  
The events were shot put , long jump, discus throw, 50m running race and 100 m running race for both girls and boys. 
         I participated for 100m race, shortput, javelin throw and i won the semifinals of 100m as first.
