Reading Day

Reached school at 8.45 am. I had morning line duty near gate 13.
Today Today, 19th June we are celebrating the National Reading Day to honour Shri. P.N. Panicker sir. This celebration of reading began in1996. We are observing this great day by rejoicing, learning, imbibing, and celebrating the habit of reading. 
Shri. Puthuvayil Narayana Panicker is known as the father of the library movement in Kerala. He expired on 19th June 1995, after which in 1996, National Reading Day was celebrated as a tribute to the legend.
As part of reading day our school hosted a program and celebrated silver jubilee of higher secondary block.
I had no regular class today but i got substitutions at 9F. There i taught the portion ocean as par with land.
Anju and i jointly taking the portions of biology on 9c as biology teacher was not appointed till now.

After 2 days of holiday due to bakridv I reach school at 8:45 a.m. Today is Friday and I had  regular class on 8v during 3rd period. Also got a substitution at 8 V in 4th period so that i was able to complete 2 lessonplans there. In the third period I thought them the portion Nucleus the regulatory centre . I was able to effectively transact the content through role play method. Students were very interested in doing role play so that almost all of them participated in activities.  The fourth period I got substitution at 8V.I taught the portion prokaryotes and eukaryotes. I conveyed the topic with the help of ict. In the evening i had line duty.

Reached school at 8.50 i dont have regular period today. I got a substitution class at 9 c. I took remedial lesson there.Remedial teaching methods is a method of instruction that is aimed at helping students who are struggling with a particular subject or skill. The primary goal of remedial teaching strategies for teachers is to identify and address the root causes of a student’s difficulties, rather than simply providing them with extra practice or repetition of the same material. I took least scored portion by most of students as topic for remedial lesson. Test contained 20 questions for 20minutes.
